Beaver Valley Fall Fair

About This Project

Beaver Valley Agricultural Society and community celebrates 150 years of the Agricultural Society's hosting of the Beaver Valley's annual Fall Fair in 2020.

Community residents are invited to share memorabilia from past fairs, which will be included in an online exhibit celebrating the Fall Fairs. To be included, share your pictures, stories, writings, videos and more, right here!

You are encouraged to visit the Beaver Valley Fall Fair, which takes place annually on the first weekend after Labour Day. To learn more, please visit the website link below. Also check back with library.biblioboard.com for the Beaver Valley Fall Fair online exhibit, which will grow with new submissions on an ongoing basis.

Additional Information

The submission process is free and it takes about 10 minutes. You are welcome to share as many digital items as you like. The content may be used in an online project about Beaver Valley Fall Fairs and would be accessed by the public for the duration of the online exhibit.

Before you submit, please make sure your content:

  • Reflects Beaver Valley Fall Fairs
  • Is an original work to which you own the rights, or is in the public domain

What can I submit?

Examples of content includes: pictures of queens/ambassadors past and present, video clips, memories of competitions, audio recordings, typed stories, pictures of submissions to the fall fair, 4H Club pictures, posters, anecdotes, and more!

Accepted File Formats:

Audio files, images, videos, PDFs. All content will need to be digital. TIP: If you would like to share a brief story or memory by text, you may wish to save the document as a PDF on your device, then select “Written Content (Other)” under Work Type on the next submission page.
